What is a Mini Session?
Mini sessions are a great way to get a quick update photos of your family without the full cost of an hour long portrait session. They are usually held at our studio and each session lasts 20 mins with one portrait session booked after the other. 
 
What happens on the day?
Please arrive around 5 mins before your session time as we know it can take kids a little while to warm up to new people and a new space. We’ll be meeting at our home studio in Strathfield - full address details along with info on what to bring and wear will be provided upon booking confirmation. This is where you will meet one of our team who will show you our product samples and package options to check out before you start your session. You will have the opportunity to purchase additional collections before you start the session if you wish. Our goal is for you and your family to have fun from beginning to end. Kids don't need to worry that they will be forced to ‘say cheese’ and pull fake smiles for the camera. We aim to capture real laughs and smiles with you and your family and make sure we get a large variety of shots, so that you have lots of beautiful images to choose from, with most of our photos being unposed, relaxed and candid.  The most important thing is that you relax and enjoy the experience!
 
How much does it cost?
The cost of the Mini Session is $150 and this once only special price includes the 20 min Mini Portrait Session, one 5x7 inch fine art print and one fully edited matching digital file. 
If you want to purchase additional items or collections, there will be order forms available to fill out on the day or you can indicate which package you would like to purchase on your booking form.
 
Who can be included in the photo shoot?
Mini sessions can be booked for 1-5people. (5 family members max per booking). If you would like additional family members, we ask that you book a full portrait session here as 20 mins will not be long enough to capture all family members. 


 

How do I choose my favourite images?
We may show you some of the images taken during the session to choose your favourites on the spot. However, all digital images (inclusive of the film scans) are presented to you in a secure online gallery within a week of your session. Be sure to check your email as this how we will send it to you, so that you'll be able to select your favourite images and any additional product items you'd like to purchase.
This can be easily done by clicking on the love heart icon - once you've chosen your images, I will be notified and we can prepare your order!

Can I buy more than the one print/digital file included in my mini session fee?
Of course you can! If you love the images we have taken and you’re having difficulty deciding on your favourites, you can purchase any of the collections listed here. All will be available on the web gallery by simply clicking the shopping cart button. We have a special offer on the day for a bonus acrylic tile so be sure to ask us about that as it is only on offer if purchased on the day!

Are any photo gifts available?
Yes, this is a good time to get those gifts ticked off the list! All options for photo gifts are available when you click on BUY PHOTO to see the product range. This includes print enlargements, framed art prints, wood block art mounts, canvases, acrylic tiles, albums and more.

How long will it take for me to get my photos?
It takes approximately one -two weeks for prints. Larger frames and wall items can take up to 3-4 weeks. If you need the prints/products by Mother's Day, please let us know and we will prioritise express production for you to ensure it gets to you in time.
